15 Years of Ads

Since 1990 Surf The Earth has been advertising in national publications. Here is a sampling from ads that we have ran that have appeared in Surfer, Surfing, ESM, Wave Action, Outside, Kayak Magazine, Paddler Magazine, Hooked on the Outdoors, Atlantic Surfer, Action Sports Retailer to name a few. Here is a few ads over the last 15 years

Escondido Soup! Drew Brophy Charging backside - Ad Surfer Magazine/Wave Action mid 90's.

This was one of my favorite ads. Old Donnie was a true character and a good surfer. Last I heard he was living on a boat somewhere in Florida.

We did an entire ad campaign we called In Search of Soul. We tried to capture Team shots around Pawleys in some of its more spiritual spots. This location All Saints Cemetary early 90's.

Surfer Todd Youngblood Wave Action Ad 97

We featured Folly Beach's Todd Youngblood in this Right Coast Built Ad campaign.

Drew Brophy helped design this ad. The ad ran in Surfer Magazine and Wave Action. It was very well recieved and due to surf shop request we eventually released on T-shirts.

Jacob Stackley Early 90's ESM Ad. 2004 Jacob is still ripping at Folly.

In the early 90's Drew Brophy was an unlimited supply of big wave shots. We had such a great response to this Pipeline ad that we eventually made posters.

As our business grew in the early 90's we were asked to do lifestyle ads for some of our larger customers. This ad was designed by Kathy Besse and ran in the Action Sports Retailer magazine mid 1990's.

This was one of our first ads In East Coast Surf Magazine. I believe it was their Second Issue. The Surfer was Greg "Reese" Lewis. He was our first pro rider.

Our first T-shirt Catalog 1990. We also did full page ads in Surf Mags.
